Your console does not need to be fully functional. Every console is inspected and tested on arrival. If we find a problem that requires parts or repair beyond the service you purchased, we will contact you before performing or charging for additional work.
01. Service EligibilityYour console does not need to be fully functional to receive service. Common age-related issues may be resolved by work already included in your selected service package. Every console is inspected and tested on arrival before service begins.
02. Pre-Work Inspection & Additional RepairsIf a fault requires additional parts or repair beyond your selected service package, we will contact you with our findings and any additional cost before proceeding. No additional repair charges will be made without your approval.
03. No WarrantyDue to the age and unknown history of vintage electronics, all services are provided "as-is" and without any warranty, express or implied. No guarantee is made regarding future lifespan, reliability, or performance beyond completion testing.
04. Inherent RisksVintage electronics may contain hidden defects, corrosion, prior repairs, or component degradation. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
05. Electrical & Fire Risk DisclaimerVintage electronics operate using aged electrical components and do not meet modern safety certification standards. While all reasonable care is taken during restoration, ReviveMyRetro LLC is not responsible for any damage to property, personal injury, or loss resulting from the use, storage, or operation of serviced equipment, including but not limited to electrical failure, overheating, or fire. Operation of restored equipment is at the customer's own risk.
06. ShippingPrepaid shipping labels are provided for standard shipments. Customers are responsible for proper packaging. ReviveMyRetro LLC is not responsible for carrier damage or loss but will assist with claims when applicable. If you are located in a U.S. territory, the shipping service used may vary by destination.
07. Games, Memory Cards & AccessoriesPlease ship the console only unless ReviveMyRetro specifically asks you to include another item. Do not include controllers, cables, power supplies, games, memory cards, or other accessories unless requested. We are not responsible for lost media, save data, or accessories included with the console.
08. Abandoned PropertyConsoles not claimed within 90 days after service completion and notification may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold to recover costs.
09. Payment & TaxesAll services must be paid in advance. Any applicable sales taxes are collected at checkout as required by law.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviveMyRetro LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or personal injury.
11. Assumption of Risk After ReturnOnce the serviced console is returned to the customer, all responsibility for safe use, electrical environment, ventilation, and proper operation rests with the customer.
12. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which ReviveMyRetro LLC is registered.
13. AcceptanceBy placing an order and checking the acceptance box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
